Experience an intimate evening of culinary artistry and cultural storytelling with Michelin Chef Takeshi Nishikawa, founder of Snow Crane (opening here in Hyattsville, late 2025).
You and your guests will begin the evening with a selection of passed hors d'oeuvres as you stroll through the Pyramid Atlantic gallery, surrounded by works from local artists. Then, gather at a beautifully set table where Chef Nishikawa will personally present a curated tasting of Snow Crane’s signature Japanese-inspired frozen desserts — featuring flavors such as hojicha, roasted green tea, and Okinawan black sugar.
Each guest will receive a printed tasting menu as a keepsake from this one-of-a-kind evening blending fine art, craftsmanship, and culinary exploration.
