You and your guests will begin the evening with a selection of passed hors d'oeuvres as you stroll through the Pyramid Atlantic gallery, surrounded by works from local artists. Then, gather at a beautifully set table where Chef Nishikawa will personally present a curated tasting of Snow Crane’s signature Japanese-inspired frozen desserts — featuring flavors such as hojicha, roasted green tea, and Okinawan black sugar.
Each guest will receive a hand printed tasting menu as a keepsake from this one-of-a-kind evening blending fine art, craftsmanship, and culinary exploration.
